hearts, again

I am sooo incredibly stoked to be one of the 1000 owners of the heart-shaped 7" vynil, released by stones throw, with the track by Mayer Hawthorne & The County "Just ain´t gonna work out" on it.
I always was imaging a something-shaped vynil, and we were often having this discussions about "why is a vynil round" with friends. So yeah, here it is now - a heart shaped record. Anyways, considering the "breaking up" topics of the 2 tracks, i am not sure if it is a good idea for a present for the one you love. Rather a polite way to say you are outta there, hahah. So I'll keep it for myself so long.
Such a great idea. These two tracks - this shape. Stones throw rule, as usual.

all the moving things and shapes

While being on the road you see so many things. Things which stay, while your perspective moves, things which move while you stay. Here some examples of the mixture between shape and perspektive.

This is how the waves move when you take the ferry between England and France on a grumpy rainy morning. I didnt believe the grumpyness, a couple of hours later the sun was shining in beautiful Paris.

after projecting  visuals for the Rubies in London I got flashed how this lights in the club looked like.. haha, kinda psychedelic hippie style, but i was like uoaah

on our way to zürich. i dont know if anyone notices that lines in the tunel, who surrounded us for half an hour, but i was like, whaaaat, soo amazed and kinda hipnotized.. i love lines.

paris. erlend showed up and we went for a walk. 5 min later we landed in the fashion paradise.this street was crazy, we were so flashed about how the stores and the clothes looked like and imagined three thousand things, us in different movies. haha. this here was a prada display, dude, we were like, wow whats goin on here. dont know, but its the ultimate pimp my bag visual. wish i could have filmed that for real.

zürich. the visuals were displayed on small black and white security camera monitors, which were integrated in the bar. so i had basically a night off that night. thats why i could film, dance and go on stage and sing and kinda jam with the band. playin the shaker to the beat was also so much fun.

Its been a while since i last wrote something in here. I've been working on some stuff, like recording and playing stuff, writing (check here if you speak bulgarian), playing records, and the most intensive work recently was making the visual surround for the european tour of my friends band Rubies. The whole thing was a mixture between Simone Rubi's beautiful graphics and pictures, which I animated, some visuals I created for the project, and colours. I was mixing and projecting the graphics live, while Rubies were playing. I am gonna upload some samples of the project. Soon.
Actually I wasnt able to take much photos during the tour, cause we had much to do and were always rolling. But still, i took some pictures with my (trashy) camera, really like snapshoting around, and yeah, this is what we got - 37sec of being on the road and having fun.
